And after you’ve volunteered, please log your hours!

OASIS Opportunities currently has 2 locations where you can volunteer! Our Operational Hub is located at:
On the campus of Gary Adult High School (East Tampa)
Address: 5101 N 40th St, Tampa FL 33610
The other location is right in your home! We are always looking for volunteers to help us launder the donations we receive so they are in ready-to-wear condition when students receive them, do data entry, or create social media posts.

Why Volunteer With OASIS?
OASIS strives to improve the lives of children that need basic necessities such as clothing, shoes, and hygiene items. Some children go without these things, and that's where OASIS and you can step in. We need passionate volunteers to:
Organize clothing or hygiene item drives
Launder donations to put on the shelves
If you prefer a more hands-on activity, you can join our volunteer leaders at our Tampa Palms, East Tampa, or Brandon sites to:
Sort and inventory donations
Restock shelves
Organize the sites for social worker visits
Calling All High School Students!
OASIS is recruiting volunteers to organize HYGIENE DRIVES and wash LAUNDRY. Volunteering with OASIS can count towards your Bright Futures Scholarship service hours! It also looks great on resumes and college applications.
We ask that you give us 24-hours notice of when and where you’d like to pick-up and drop-off laundry, and let us know how many loads you’d like!
1 Load of Laundry = 1 Service Hour
How to Host a Collection Drive
First, check with your school guidance counselor to get all of the necessary Bright Futures or other service hour forms. Second, download the file below which includes detailed procedures describing how to conduct a collection drive .
