To provide students in Title One Hillsborough County Public Schools with access to clothing, uniforms, shoes, and hygiene items from their 1st day of school. With many students arriving and registering in the first days and weeks of the school year, OASIS equips school social workers to meet needs as students walk in the door, so that their learning is not further delayed.

Before the school year begins, OASIS receives estimates of needs from the social workers and packs boxes for them to have on hand as the school year kicks off. Students can receive uniforms or school-appropriate clothing and a weeks’ worth of socks and underwear.
